2019 Tour Champions Crowned in Testing Conditions

A stormy November Saturday saw Newquay’s Jay Quinn, Welsh, British and European Champion, take the win and retain the Surfaced Pro title, defeating UKPSA Pro Surf Tour title contenders Reubyn Ash and Noah Capps. Second place went to Swansea’s Patrick Langdon-Dark who, which this result clinched the UKPSA Men’s Tour title for the first time. Third and fourth went to young rising stars in British surfing Stanley Norman and Seth Morris.

In the Women’s Division Ellie Turner turned up the heat and battled it out with Peony Knight. The lead went back and forth but eventually claimed by Ellie. She had to win to take the tour title. Third place went to last years tour champion Emily Currie. Fourth Lauren Sandland.

Seth Morris stole the show in the Under 18 Boys paddling into more waves than anyone else and making the final of the Open Men’s as well as spending more than three hours competing in the cold stormy conditions. Second place went to Noah Capps, and in doing so taking the UKPSA U18 Boys Tour title. Third was Max Hudson and fourth Stanley Norman.
