Over 150 young people from across the UK will battle for the title of top school in the UK Schools Surf Championships 2018.
Fistral Beach in Newquay will be the setting of one of the country’s largest Junior surfing competitions as school pupils abandon the classroom and take to the waves in their bid to become the UK Schools’ Surf Champions. The event is a UKPSA ranking event for surfers on the tour, yet also celebrates and encourages all standards of surfer from across the UK. Everyone gets a chance to experience the thrill of top class, professional standard competition, held in the UK’s premier surf arena, the legendary Fistral Beach.
At Fistral Beach on the 16th 17th July, surfers age 7-18 will have their chance to shine at one of the UK’s most consistent summer wave venues. .
The event will be the second event on the Nerf Clash Of The Groms Series which will feature under 18 boys, under 18 girls, under 16 boys, under 16 girls, under 14 boys, under 14 girls, under 12 Boys and a new Under 12 Girls division.
